Flexible vinyl caps are ideal for a variety of protection and finishing applications. Our unique dip moulding process allows caps to be manufactured in a wide variety of diameters, lengths and colours, and they can be fitted quickly and easily onto threads, pipes, tubes and other components.
Most sizes are available from standard Tooling, but we also offer custom solutions to suit your application. Typical Tooling investment is around £500, and prototypes are normally available within 2 weeks.
