Round Vinyl Caps for thread protection, tube protection and pipe protection available in a wide variety of diameters, lengths and colours

We offer a very complete program of standard moulds for vinyl dip moulded caps. These caps are made from flexible material (vinyl) and can be widely used for a variety of applications.

Due to their flexibility dip moulded caps are well suited as thread, tube and pipe protectors. Flexibility often means that one cap size can cover multiple diameters.

Some examples of applications are; protection during transport, protection against liquids and/or dirt, protection against shocks and of course the added value to the appearance of your product.

Flexible vinyl caps are ideal for a variety of protection and finishing applications. Our unique dip moulding process allows caps to be manufactured in a wide variety of diameters, lengths and colours, and they can be fitted quickly and easily onto threads, pipes, tubes and other components.

Most sizes are available from standard Tooling, but we also offer custom solutions to suit your application. Typical Tooling investment is around £500, and prototypes are normally available within 2 weeks.
